Statutory Cancellation Right

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item.  To exercise your cancellation right please visit our support at shop@nisitrade.co.uk

Our Voluntary Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights outlined above, Nisitrade offers a 30-day return or refund window for most products purchased from our website, provided that they are in unused and undamaged condition. Please note that this return and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights and your right of cancellation as described earlier.

We kindly ask that you return each item in the same condition as it was received. New items must be returned unused and undamaged, while used items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.

Please be aware that the same exclusions apply to our Returns Guarantee as for the right of withdrawal. The following products are not eligible for return under the Returns Guarantee, unless defective:

- Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
- Sealed audio or video recordings or software if unsealed by you after delivery
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, including personalized Nisitrade Handmade items
- Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Nisitrade.co.uk strives to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you need to return an item, we offer a refund within 14 days of shipment confirmation, and we will notify you via email. However, in certain circumstances, refund time frames may take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days after the refund is issued for it to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement. We understand that returning items can be inconvenient, which is why we want to remind you that you have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days and in our store within 30 days. Mistaken Returns

We kindly request that you carefully inspect the item you intend to return to ensure it is complete and correct. Refunds can only be processed for the exact item returned.

In the event that you accidentally send the wrong item to Nisitrade, please notify our customer service team immediately (support@nisitrade.co.uk). Please note that Nisitrade does not store mistakenly sent items, and Nisitrade cannot guarantee the return of the item. Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation for incorrectly returned items.
